<div>Wildfires have become an unfortunate and devastating reality for communities across the western United States. As these fires grow in frequency and intensity, they destroy homes, disrupt lives, and leave lasting impacts on the people and places we care about most. This year, our own Springboard family has been directly affected by the wildfires in Los Angeles, with some of our team members tragically losing their homes.

<div>In response, we have created this GoFundMe to provide immediate and direct support to our Springboard Hospitality team members who are facing the long road to recovery. Your contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly to those impacted to help them rebuild their lives, homes, and communities.

<div>This fund is dedicated to assisting our Springboard Hospitality employees and their families who have been displaced or lost their homes due to the wildfires. 100% of the proceeds will go toward providing direct cash grants to team members in need. This includes housing assistance, essential supplies, and other critical expenses as they navigate this challenging time.

<div><strong>How Funds Will Be Managed and Distributed:</strong>

<div><strong>Oversight:</strong> Our CFO, Martti Mannoja, is overseeing the withdrawal of funds, which will be transferred into our company bank account.

<div><strong>Distribution: </strong>The funds will be split evenly between the two Springboard employees who have lost their homes. They will receive their support in the form of a check issued directly from Springboard.

<div><strong>Timeline: </strong>As soon as the funds are transferred to our company bank account, we will distribute them immediately.
