Support Our Sanctuary's Water Crisis
Donation protected
Meet Oz, our blind pony rescued from the slaughter bound killpen. He has a heart so full of love. For those who don't know us we are an equine rescue and sanctuary. We have encountered difficulties with our water supply. We have a dug well and will be needing a drilled one but hopefully we can get through until spring. This go fund me was started to provide us a cushion should we need to purchase water. So far we have been blessed with water for the animals everyday.
Thanks for following along on our bumpy journey. Today I want to share some of my plans and dreams for our rescue and sanctuary. First and foremost it has always been a priority to share the tranquility and healing atmosphere of our space, especially to children. My equines, donkeys, sheep and piggies all love to be loved on. So while it may help our visitors, it is so beneficial to our family of critters. On a good day, Dennis the menace (our very bold rooster) might just decide you are welcome here.
There is a small cottage on the farm that I intend to make available (at no cost) to patients and families with serious life altering illnesses for respite from their journey. I have so many dreams and plans swirling around in my head!
I am grateful for this bump in the road as it has opened opportunities to broaden my vision and think outside of the box. Going forward I will be selling items as "make me an offer" so stay tuned!
To everyone who has donated to or shared our plight know that you are a part of our history now and we are grateful. To my friends who tirelessly support me, I love and cherish each and every one of you.
