In February of 2025, the owner of our current rental property abruptly informed my family and me that they will be selling the property instead of fixing the roof and several other major maintenance items in the home. This forced relocation must be completed by June 2025 (the end of our current lease).

As many can imagine, this has put great stress on my family and me, especially as it relates to our kids’ school district and daily transportation needs. Thankfully, by God’s graces, we received an approval for a townhouse in our current community on April 5th, which allows the kids to stay in their current schools and maintain their needed transportation assistance.

We are scheduled to move in on May 3rd, and we would need $3600 by May 1st to complete this process. Being able to get this house removes a number of issues connected with relocation that my family and I were just not prepared for given the short amount of time to plan and save funds. As this approved property and location is the best available living option for my family's stability, I am humbly asking for any donations that can be offered by the May 1st date to assist my family with this immediate relocation need.
