<div>On Saturday 18th June, our family with the support of friends, will host a fundraising lunch for MND Scotland.

<div>It is a difficult balance between raising awareness and baring all to help others understand the challenges families face as we are forced on this journey. The feeling of helplessness for those 'living with' MND, their families and friends is all consuming. Because of this, we have chosen to channel our energy away from sadness and gloom for a bit and want to put on a fun afternoon enjoying what I'm sure will be a delicious meal surrounded by some of the most supportive and wonderful people we know.
