They were involved in a severe car trailer accident while traveling with their two-month-old baby and grandparents in the vehicle. While their baby miraculously survived without injury, the emotional and physical toll on the rest of the family has been devastating.

She required reconstructive surgery to save her arm and also underwent spinal surgery due to severe damage to her spine. Meanwhile, Grandpa suffered a fractured vertebra in his neck and had to undergo neck surgery to stabilize the injury

Despite having purchased coverage for emergencies like this, the insurance company  making it difficult to access any money. This means that the family is facing over $100,000 in medical bills—a staggering amount that they simply cannot afford.
