<div>This is a friend of John, the owner of <strong>Market Street Cycles </strong>in San Francisco. I created this Go Fund Me to help support this epic bike shop and incredibly resilient human.

<div>Hi all.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So for those who don't know, a car doing doughnuts in front of our shop crashed through the front of our building on July 15th, destroying the facade, windows, security gates, displays and several bikes. Being a historical landmark building there is no set timeline for it's repair as the process is arduous and the S.F. Building Permitting/Inspections Department is a labyrinthine, corrupt clown car.
</div>
<div>To add injury to insult, the day I left town a little over a week ago on a family matter my right hand guy and only other full time employee went in for emergency surgery and has not returned and may not be able to, so I am flying solo for the foreseeable future.
</div>
<div>This shop is the culmination of 27 years in the industry for me, and as much as a pain in the ass as it can be to run a small business in San Francisco, it's my baby and this is not how I want to go out.
</div>
<div>I humbly and greatly appreciate any and all help anyone can offer, and I will continue to fight the good fight here as long as I can.
</div>
<div>Keep rollin', this ain't over...
</div>
<div>John

<div>This bike shop represents a story of resilience, character, community, and holding onto everything great about San Francisco.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>John is a 3rd generation San Franciscan who has operated this shop for 13+ years. Let's offer what we can to help show support to our community through this unfortunate time.
</div>

</div>
<div>Grateful for all of you, thank you so much!
