Support Our Friend Andrea Zollo

Our dear friend and beloved Seattle musician, Andrea Zollo, needs our help. On Sunday August 22nd she went to the ER with severe pain in her intestinal area, and early in the morning of the 23rd doctors had to perform an emergency surgery on her. They removed some of her colon and intestines as well as repaired a fistula in her stomach. The surgery was successful in saving her life but there will be months of healing ahead. In the foreseeable future she will not be able to return to running her hairstyling business that she has been building over the years.

Late spring of 2020 Andrea was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and had been working with her doctors to manage the symptoms. This July her symptoms progressed from moderate to severe and she was set to start chemo therapies on the 23rd. Unfortunately, because of the surgery, she will have to wait until she is healed before she can begin the actual treatment.

For years Andrea has graced us with her loving & positive presence as well as her creative musical contributions in the bands Area 51, Death Wish Kids, The Hookers, Pretty Girls Make Graves, Triumph of Lethargy Skinned Alive to Death, and Deep Creep. Her husband, Derek Fudesco, played alongside her in many of these bands. Now it's our time to give back to Andrea for years of musical recordings and performances she has given us.

Medical bills will be stacking up and the inability to work will make this journey difficult. We are asking to please consider making any type of donation to offset these financial challenges so Andrea can focus on healing in the months ahead. Your help and generosity are greatly appreciated!
