Our family has been impacted by the devastating Typhoon Rai (Odette) in Siargao Island, Philippines
On December 16th in less than 3 hours Odette whipped through Philippines destroying communities and family homes. The former so-called paradise on Earth turn into hell with no electricity or drinking water.
During the disaster, our family lost all possessions including our business: a grocery store and a hostel. My wifes parents house was destroyed too. Fortunately, my pregnant wife our 2 children, me and wife family with relatives made it out safely. No serious injuries, just some bruses.
However, since we lost our business wich we bin building for last 4 years and it was working and supporting us and my wife’s family financially, however, since our business has been destroyed, our family of 15 has been left not only without a roof over our heads but also with little money to buy food, gas or drinking water.
Please, help us lighten the load of financial stress. 100% of proceeds will be used to rebuild our home and hostel and should any money be left we promise to help other citizens who were also affected by Typhoon Odette.
