<div>Lamentablemente, esta mañana, viernes 28 de noviembre de 2025, un ser querido, mi querido padre, ha sido detenido por inmigración. Como muchos otros, nuestro ser querido no tiene antecedentes penales, paga impuestos, y es simplemente una persona que lucha por mantener a su familia, pero aun así fue detenido. Después de una hospitalización de cuatro días la semana antes del Día de Acción de Gracias, salió con la esperanza de buscar trabajo ese día. Fue víctima de perfilamiento racial en la calle.

<div>Sin previo aviso, fue abordado por hombres enmascarados y detenido en cuestión de segundos. No le hicieron ninguna pregunta.

<div>Tenemos la fortuna de un tener un abogado; sin embargo, durante este tiempo de inestabilidad financiera, pedimos a la comunidad con el corazón en la mano para pedir ayuda para cubrir los honorarios legales. Desde un dólar hasta un solo centavo, cualquier contribución es profundamente apreciada.

<div>Unfortunately, as of this morning, Friday, November 28, 2025, a loved one, my dear father, has been arrested by immigration. Like many others, our loved one has no criminal history, is a taxpayer, and is simply a person striving to provide for his family, yet he was still arrested. Following a four day hospitalization the week before Thanksgiving, he went out in hopes of looking for a job that day. He was racially profiled on the streets.

<div>Without warning, he was approached by masked men and detained within seconds. No questions asked.

<div>We are especially concerned because he has cardiovascular issues, and we are worried he is without his medication and may not receive the appropriate treatment.

<div>We are fortunate to have an attorney advocating on his behalf; however, during this time of financially instability, we are reaching out to the community with heavy hearts to ask for help covering attorney fees. From a dollar to a single cent, any contribution is deeply appreciated.
