<div>Nearly ALL rescues, shelters, adoption centers, and TNR groups are reliant on donations from caring people, and monetary donations are getting harder to come by in this current strained economy.

<div>This GRASS-ROOTS fundraiser is attempting to generate funds to rebate a portion of local cat SPAY and NEUTER fees!

<div>ALL funds raised will be rebated to citizens caring for CATS in our small, local SWNY community of Olean, New York, and local rescue and TVNR organizations.
