Support Northwoods Humane Society Tag Day

The Northwoods Humane Society's annual Tag Day is held each year on the first Monday in August. NHS volunteers are present in various locations throughout Hayward with their pink Tag Day buckets soliciting donations for our locally run shelter. Donors are "tagged" with a pink NHS sticker. We are very happy to add a "virtual" Tag Day this year so friends and supporters of the Northwoods Humane Society may donate online.

The Northwoods Humane Society does not receive any local, state or federal funding for their annual budget.  NHS is a locally run "no kill" shelter and is not affiliated with any national organizations (i.e., Anti-Cruelty Society, ASPCA).  For more information about the Northwoods Humane Society and their mission, please visit the NHS website: www.northwoodshumanesociety.org.
