Our friend Noreen needs help getting her car back from St. Louis County... Noreen is a veteran Water Protector, going back to the 1980's at least. She spent winter 2016 at Standing Rock, living inside of her car at the camp- the same car that the county is holding hostage for $2,500. Noreen needs her car to travel and to live in since the landlords of her previous home of eight years up for sale last year. She has been staying with friends but really needs to get her car out of impound. Noreen is a good friend of mine and so many others <3
