<div>On the evening of September 10th, our mother Nora Apolinar was struck by a truck while riding her bike. She suffered catastrophic injuries, and after four heartbreaking days in the ICU, she passed away surrounded by her mother, many of her children, and other family members and loved ones. It was sudden and unexpected, and we are all devastated.
