<div>My 4-year-old son, <strong>Noah Santos</strong>, was diagnosed two and a half years ago with a rare brain tumor called hypothalamic hamartoma. This condition is extremely rare and can severely impact a child’s development — causing serious neurological issues, autism, obesity, diabetes, and even life-threatening complications.

<div>We live in Orlando, Florida, but Noah’s specialized treatment is only available in Texas. Over the past 8 months, we have made this difficult trip three times. Each journey means days on the road, hospital stays, and being away from work — which has taken a devastating toll on our family.

<div>During our last trip, we stayed in Texas for nearly 30 days while Noah underwent brain surgery. He has already gone through two brain surgeries… and he still needs two more.

<div>On June 20th, we must return to Texas for the next stage of Noah’s treatment, which will require another 10–15 days. The estimated cost for this trip alone is at least $15,000 — covering travel, gas, food, lodging, and medical-related expenses.

<div><strong>Right now, we simply do not have the means to make this trip… but Noah cannot wait.</strong>
