<div>"Noah was diagnosed with stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma that has spread to his bones. He will begin treatment in Little Rock and eventually be transferred back to be treated closer to home at Highlands Oncology. Noah developed pneumonia after his surgery and was transferred to the ICU due to his o2 levels &amp; heart rate. He is now fighting to get over his pneumonia and back to the regular floor to get his treatment started. All of the prayers and thoughtful messages mean the world to us."

<div>For those that don’t know, Noah started having a few health issues starting in December of 2024. It started out with back pain, tongue numbness, and headaches, which eventually led to him not being able to walk or sit because of the pain. He had a series of doctor appointments to try and help resolve these issues. He was being treated at a chiropractor for what they thought was a herniated disk in his lower back. His doctor reported that something suspicious did show up on his head MRI as well.

<div>January 5th, 2025
</div>
<div>Noah met with an oncologist, was transferred to Washington Regional, and had another head, spine, &amp; chest MRI. Those scans revealed lesions all down his spine, neck, and skull (cancer). There was a very significant one on his lower back/spine, which was what was causing his pain and him being unable to walk for the past month. He was transferred to Little Rock for a surgery on his back and possibly his skull. Treatments for his cancer will proceed after these much-needed surgeries.

<div>Shelby and Noah have been together for five years. They have a 2 1/2-year-old son named Baylor. Noah is a hard worker and provider. We are unsure how long he will be unable to work. We are asking to try to help this young couple out with medical bills, travel expenses, etc. Shelby will be traveling to Little Rock to be with Noah.
