<div>Our friend, Nick Ficker and his family have been severely impacted by Hurricane Helene. At 7:30am on September 27th, a tree fell on Nick's car and damages his wife Crystal's car. Five minutes later, while they were sitting in their living room, a huge tree fell through the back half of their house leaving it unlivable.

<div>The Fickers are thankful to be ok, but are dealing with this in a no power, no cell service, and no water situation. Nick and Crystal have two young children; Hunter who is 12 and Aubrey who is 10.

<div>Crystal and the kids are currently staying in Columbus, NC while Nick is staying in Asheville trying to salvage anything he can from their house that wasn't destroyed. And with all Nick has going on, he is currently volunteering at the Black Mountain Home for Children, Youth and Families to help those impacted by Hurricane Helene.
