<div>My name is Nicholas, and I’m facing one of the toughest challenges of my life. I’m living with <strong>end-stage renal failure</strong>, which means I need dialysis three days a week just to stay alive.  I was born with Polycystic kidney disease.  Thisbis not something ive done to myself. This treatment leaves me exhausted most days, and I’m unable to work right now. It’s been a huge adjustment, especially since I’ve always been someone who worked hard—sometimes holding down three jobs at once to support my family and take care of those I love.
