Hello, my name is Nicholas, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my brother, Jacob, who recently underwent a major surgery to remove a Giant Cell Tumor from his right knee. The tumor was causing significant damage to his bones, and to stabilize his knee, a metal plate was inserted during the procedure.

Unfortunately, the surgery has left Jacob unable to work for at least three months, and he is the sole provider for his family. His fiancée, Erika, and their two young children—Andrew (4 months old) and Emery (2 years old)—are dependent on him, but right now, he’s struggling to provide even the basic necessities, like diapers, food, and other essential supplies.

In addition to this, Jacob has been unable to afford the medications and medical supplies necessary for his recovery. This is a difficult time for him and his family, and we’re hoping that with your help, we can provide them some much-needed relief.

The funds raised will go directly to:

Purchasing diapers, baby formula, and other supplies for Jacob’s children

Covering essential household expenses, such as food and toiletries

Helping with medical expenses, including medications and medical supplies needed for Jacob's recovery
