Support Ngoc and Mamma Hai's Family

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

We are coming together to support our dear friend Ngoc, the owner of Mamma Hai's, a cherished Vietnamese restaurant that has brought joy and delicious food to our community for years. She is known not only for her incredible food but for her unwavering kindness and generosity, and now she needs our support.

Ngoc’s mother, whom she has lovingly cared for, has recently been hospitalized and is facing serious health challenges. She has been unable to breathe on her own, and now requires intensive medical care. She has been intubated twice during this hospitalization and now has a tracheostomy. The road to recovery is uncertain. During this time, Ngoc has had to temporarily close Mamma Hai's to be with her mother, which has had a significant impact on her and her dedicated employees.

While the restaurant is closed, Ngoc and her employees are without their primary source of income. We are raising funds to support them during this period, ensuring that Ngoc can focus on her mother’s recovery without the added stress of financial worries. Our goal is to help support her and her employees and assist with any costs related to the temporary closure of the restaurant.

Ngoc has always been there for us, offering her heart and love through her cooking to everyone that visits Mamma Hai's. Now, it’s our turn to stand by her.
