<div>I create clinically accurate, trauma-informed mental health content for survivors and neurodivergent adults, pimarily focused on OCD, BPD, CPTSD, ADHD, and autism (my dx's). My goal is to help people learn themselves or loved ones, feel seen, understood, and validated.

<div>A chronically ill, disabled, and have been off work for six months &amp; still paying off both of my parents’ funerals from two years ago. Despite these challenges, I LOVE creating &amp; posting: free guides, videos, and resources for others navigating similar struggles. I will be trying out more video formats as i have now been accepted into the creator program with 10K - thank you all
