Rachel is raising funds for her neighbor's son, who recently experienced a traumatic accident at the local bike park. While riding with friends, he went over the track embankment and collided with a tree. Despite wearing a helmet, he sustained serious injuries, including facial trauma, a skull fracture, a brain bleed, and seizures. He was urgently transferred by helicopter from Children’s Hospital in Highlands Ranch to the Aurora campus, where he spent six days receiving intensive care. Rachel’s children are close friends with him, and their families have always supported each other.

The costs of emergency transport, hospital stays, and ongoing care are significant, and Rachel hopes to rally the community to support the family during this difficult time.
