Support Needed to Avoid Winter Homelessness

I am in desperate need of money to keep from being evicted from my home. I am currently low on funds after having to help pay for my dad's cremation alongside my own medical bills due to being diabetic and having a weak immune system. I've tried to talk to my landlord, but they don't care, and I've been unable to get a loan due to credit issues. Please, anything will help at this point. I don't want to end up homeless alongside my dog during winter.
