My name is Neal, and I have recently been diagnosed with ALS. This disease is rapidly changing my life, making it harder each day to do the things I once took for granted. My body is constantly cramping, my speech is barely understandable, and even breathing has become a struggle. Facing these challenges has been overwhelming, both physically and emotionally.

 As ALS progresses, the costs of care and daily living have become more than I can manage alone. Medical bills are piling up, and I am struggling to keep up with basic expenses and some outstanding debt. I have always prided myself on handling my problems on my own, but this time, I need help.
