<div>Hello, my name is Aretha Duncan, proud owner of Nature’s Way Organic Farm, a RADA-certified, woman-owned farm located in Ramble, St. Mary, Jamaica. Our nearly 300-acre property has long been a source of nourishment, employment, and community for the people of St. Mary. We’ve proudly supplied food to the St. Mary Infirmary, provided jobs to local families, and shared our harvest with neighbors in need.

<div>On October 28, 2025, Hurricane Melissa made landfall as a Category 5 storm, bringing unimaginable devastation. My home and farm — every acre of crops, including bananas, plantains, coconuts, avocados, breadfruit, and sugar cane — were completely destroyed.

<div>Even amid this loss, I am determined to rebuild not just for myself, but for the community that depends on this farm. We’ve invited anyone who can access the property to collect the produce scattered on the ground before it spoils, because no food should go to waste while families are hungry.

<div>I am raising funds to help rebuild Nature’s Way Organic Farm, replant crops, replace destroyed equipment, and restore our independent water system. Our pipelines — which supplied clean, sustainable water across the farm — have been destroyed, and anyone with plumbing experience who can assist in repairs would be a tremendous help.
