Raquel is starting this fundraiser for her brother, Nathaniel, after a sudden and terrifying medical emergency. At just 25 years old, Nathaniel suffered an unexpected cardiac arrest while playing basketball. He is now in the cardiac ICU, where doctors are keeping him for multiple days of testing to determine what caused this to happen. What began as a normal day has turned into an overwhelming time for Nathaniel and the whole family, filled with fear, uncertainty, and countless questions about what comes next.

As Nathaniel remains unable to work and begins what may be a long recovery, the financial strain will continue beyond his hospital stay. Donations will help with his growing hospital bills and provide support for Nathaniel and the family as they adjust day to day while focusing on his healing. Because these needs may continue over time during recovery, recurring donations can provide steady, predictable support for ongoing expenses and lost income, though one-time gifts are also deeply appreciated. Most of all, Raquel asks that everyone please keep Nathaniel in your prayers. If you are able to give any amount, thank you for helping lift some of this burden and showing Nathaniel and his family they are not alone.
