Causing severe anxiety and panic attacks. Teeth cleaning required general anesthesia. After several oral surgeries, the tooth decay and erosion has taken over and all top teeth and most of the bottom teeth must be removed. I struggled to eat most foods and avoid anything hot or cold. Getting Implants would be a huge improvement, and confidence booster. 

Dental Implants are my best option, but very pricey. The Approximate Treatment fee is $36,928. 
 
The 1st appointment: Photos, records, measurements, 3D CBCT Scan and impressions for the surgical guide: $14,745 non-refundable deposit will be due before the appointment to cover the implants and their specialty parts, the long term provisional prosthesis, as well as the final high-quality prosthesis. 

Appointment Day for surgery: $21,183 due before the work begins for surgical extractions, placement of bone grafts, membranes, implants, and the long-term provisional prosthesis under sedation for the maxillary arch. 

Final delivery of the permanent prosthesis: $1,000 plus any additiona| bone grafts, membranes, or cost changes deemed necessary during this maxillary surgery, will be due before final delivery of permanent implant prosthesis.
