<div>In 1999, Nana was enstooled as an Ashanti Chief (Nkosuhene). As an Ashanti Chief, Nana uses his money and resources for the progress and development for the town of Hwidiem, Ghana.

<div>Currently, Nana is raising funds for the renovation of a school in Ghana that includes adding bathroom facilities. It is hard to imagine that in the year 2025 there are actually schools that don't have bathrooms for their students.

<div>As an educator of 30 years, I could not sit idly by and not offer my assistance. Nana is 72 years old and currently collects recycled cans to raise funds for the school. I could not sit idly by and not offer whatever support that I could for such a noteworthy cause.
