Hello, my name is Myrtis Hagins. April 2024 I was on a ventilator for sarcodosis(lung condition). I woke up May with extreme pain in both legs. It took the Drs 7 months to figure out what the problem was/is. I did an ultrasound which showed blockage in both legs and MRI showed blood clots in both legs. I currently struggle with everyday living(walking, getting in & out my house, getting out the bed, driving, and standing. I want to desperately return to work but can't. On December 6,2024 I had some floaters in my left eye. By that Monday my vision began to deteriorate. Currently Ive became blind in my left eye. Requiring a virtrectomy on my left eye and Lazer surgery on the right eye. I have had surgery on the left leg and soon to be scheduled for the right leg. Insurance has started over for the year and I'm unable to meet co pays due to not being able to work. I haven't been able to work since November 2024.
