<div>Laura here. I have a very hard time doing these for myself, but I recently found out my upcoming hysterectomy will not be covered by my insurance. Even though I have dealt with endometriosis since 2018, and have already had 2 major surgeries for it and have been in the ER over 10 times for it, my insurance is labeling it as a "voluntary" procedure rather than a "needed" one.

<div>I currently do not have the funds to cough up $5,400 at once, and they will charge me even more if I don't pay it in full. I am asking my community for help.

<div>It has been miserable dealing with endometriosis, and truly has taken a toll on my physical and mental health. I have spent so much money already on surgeries, ER visits, medication, copays, etc. This is also the first time I have been approved for a hysterectomy, after trying since I have 22.

<div>This is the full cost of the hysterectomy, I'm not asking for anything more than just the procedure cost!
