This February, I'm taking on 'Freezbruary'—braving the cold Canadian Pacific ocean every single day—to raise funds for the RNLI Lifeboat Association in Ireland.
RNLI volunteers work tirelessly to keep people safe at sea, providing lifesaving rescues, education, and support to those in need. They do this entirely through donations and volunteer efforts, making every contribution vital.
Your support will help equip and train these incredible volunteers, ensuring they can continue their mission of saving lives on Ireland’s coasts and waterways.
Every dip is a challenge, but knowing it’s for a great cause keeps me going. Please donate and share!
About the challenge: Freezbruary is a cold-water challenge, where I will dip in the ocean for at least 2 minutes every day in February—the coldest time of year for sea temperatures (generally 5.5 to 7.8 degrees celsius).
It's an amazing way to boost health, build resilience and catch up with friends while embracing the great outdoors.
