<div>My husband was detained by ICE while he was working near Haulover Beach in Miami. Our family is now facing the unexpected cost of hiring an attorney to help with his case.

<div>He was taken into custody without a warrant or any criminal charges. He has no criminal record, has lived in the United States for almost 12 years, and has a pending asylum case. Since then, we have followed the procedure for this process, and we are still waiting for a resolution. He has always worked hard to support our family, and we are doing everything we can to make sure he has the legal representation he needs.

<div>This has been a very difficult time for our family. We are doing our best to stay strong, but the legal process is complicated and expensive. We are asking for help to cover attorney fees and other legal expenses so we can continue fighting to keep our family together.
