Support my efforts to reverse ALS aka Amyotrophic

I am a 70 year old man who has recently been diagnosed with Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, aka ALS or Lou Gehrig"s Disease, a NeuroMuscular Degenerative Disease that slowly whittles you down from a perfectly healthy person to a cripple in a wheelchair on a breathing machine, before, in the end, you finally suffocate to death. I live in South Dakota where it can get Very Cold in winter. Last winter I was faced with either keeping my Medicare Part B or paying my power bill. I chose not to freeze to death. At that time I had zero medical issues and neither need nor took any prescriptions. I am a degreed biologist and have been a Passionate Student of Health and Nutrition for over 45 years. Suddenly, about four and a half months ago all that changed. I started to louse the use of my right arm and hand, Then my left arm started to go. Now I have trouble feeding myself and it's getting worse. I was finally diagnosed with ALS about 3 months ago, and due to my loss of Medicare Part B last winter I have accumulated a LOT of Medical Bills in pursuit of a diagnosis. The doctors give me 2 to 5 years. I have found a website called healingals.org that has given me hope but I have to be able to afford their recommendations and my Social Security barely covers my monthly expenses and, as the ALS progresses soon won"t begin to cover my monthly medical needs. It sorrows me to have to ask for assistance, but I must. I have massive medical bills that are already past due.
