<div>My name is Kimberly, and I am reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your support for my father, who is in urgent need of a kidney transplant in the Philippines. He has been bravely fighting through this illness, but his only chance at living longer and healthier is to undergo this life-saving procedure.

<div>My father is not only a patient in need--he is a loving father, a supportive husband, and a man who has always put his family first. He has been our strength and provider for as long as I can remember, and now it is our turn to be his strength during this most difficult time.

<div>Unfortunately, the costs of the transplant and medical care are far beyond what our family can afford. The estimated cost of the kidney transplant is around 1.2 million PHP (approx. $25,000), which includes the surgery, hospitalization, medications, and recovery care. On top of this, there will be ongoing expenses for dialysis, follow-up checkups, and long-term treatments that he will need after the operation.
