<div>The space was gutted (stripped to its foundation/bare walls) and will be refurbished to have a facilitation office; two workstations; a kitchenette for nutrition workshops and a meeting space to accommodate 30-35 persons. The estimated total cost to get the space turn-key ready is <strong>$23,000</strong> - $15,000 for space with an additional $2,500 for signage. $5,500 is required to outfit the space
