On October 5th, the Mu-Psi chapter of Kappa Sigma at Boston University was officially rechartered after three years of hard work. Representatives from Kappa Sigma Headquarters and local chapters led the initiation, followed by a banquet on campus with members of headquarters, alumni, Chapter Father Tim Hall, and a Supreme Executive Committee (SEC) member. At the banquet, we received our new charter and a letter from the SEC, restoring Mu-Psi as a chapter.

This process incurred costs of about $19,000, including initiation fees, insurance, dues, and banquet expenses. We are fundraising to afford these expenses and would greatly appreciate any donations.

We’re also hosting an alumni tailgate event for the BU hockey game on November 8th, where we’ll proudly present our new charter and celebrate with all generations of Mu-Psi.
