Back in September; 3 kittens were brought to me that had been found in the rain and abandoned for 24 hours. These kittens were suffering from their ears being eaten by maggots and were only estimated to be a day or two old (umbilical cords attached) unfortunately one did not make it past the first night and the other past 4 weeks of age. But our little survivor was Mr. Benjamin Button! Once old enough, Buttons had a pre neuter vet visit and unfortunately a grade 3-4 heart murmur was heard at only 10 weeks old. Mr Buttons will need to go to cardiology to further work up his murmur to see if it will have any life altering effects. He has found a permanent home with us and has come such a long way. <3 ps he sits on my lap purring as I type this
