<div>Hi everyone! My name is Anthony Rizkallah, and I’m excited to rally support for the Movember Foundation, a remarkable organization dedicated to improving men's health globally.

<div>Men’s mental health has had a stigma around it for much too long. Men are scrutinized, judged, laughed at, looked down upon, and seen as less of a “man” when they are vulnerable and open up about their struggles. Speaking from experience, struggling with anxiety, OCD, and depression has been extremely difficult as a man in society. I’ve been told I am seeking attention, only think negatively, complain, and that people go through much worse. This is not the response that men who are struggling deserve to hear when they finally decide to be vulnerable in a society that frowns upon doing so. I am blessed that I have an extremely loving support system, but not everyone is blessed with that. Too many lives are lost daily and it needs to be put to a stop, and society has to become better as a whole in removing the stigma around this. Remember that no matter how well people may seem to be doing, this is not always the truth. We need to be better, kinder, and open our eyes to the fact that every human, man or woman, is allowed to not be okay, and that they deserve to be loved anyways.
