Support mothers who lost children to gun violence

We are working with a small, grassroots organization, I Am My Sister, in Paterson, NJ  to organize and execute a (socially distant, outdoor, safe) brunch for mother’s in Paterson who have lost children to gun violence. This is their second annual brunch for grieving mothers and the day is a beautiful opportunity for healing.... a chance to remember their children, listen to other’s stories of hope and healing and to engage in some self care. We are hoping to send each mother home with a small self care basket. Each basket costs $25 and we are hosting 50 women for the day. Please consider donating to this worthy cause, and bringing a little joy in their lives! The event is October 10th, so we are hoping to have all funds collected within a week!
