On Tuesday, September 23rd, Morelia’s life changed in an instant. She was involved in a devastating car accident that left her with severe injuries and in need of multiple surgeries. Doctors told her she was just moments away from being paralyzed from the waist down. By the grace of God, she made it to the hospital in time.

Today, Morelia is fighting through an incredibly tough recovery journey. She now has multiple screws in her lower body to help her bones heal, and she is beginning the long process of learning how to walk again. Her strength and determination are inspiring, but the road ahead will be long and filled with both physical and financial challenges.
