Memorial Fund for Kerry

Unfortunately, she has succumb to her illness and was surrounded by her children and family as she went home to be with her hunny man on Tuesday, October 15th.

At this time, Brandon and I are asking for help giving her the celebration of life that she truly deserves.

As many of you know, Mom has been fighting very hard since her last meningioma surgery at the end of August. Monday night, she ended up being found unresponsive in her room, and life-saving measures had to be performed to resuscitate her. Upon testing and scans, it showed that she did end up having a massive bleed and a stroke. After every system team came in and cleared her from their services, it is still unknown what caused the stroke, what state she will be in once she comes to, and if this will ever happen to her again. She is currently on life support with a fungal form of meningitis. She is on very toxic antibiotics to try to rid her body of the infection, and in the process, we hope that it doesn't cause other system issues. She is still currently listed as severely critical but is making tiny improvements in the last 48 hours. We will take every little move she makes as a victory and a step in the right direction.
