<div>I never thought I’d have to write something like this, but I’m reaching out with a heavy heart.

<div>Just today, I had to rush my 11-week-old puppy Mochi to the emergency vet. She was struggling to breathe and her condition worsened so quickly it was terrifying. The veterinarians acted fast and placed her in an oxygen chamber to stabilize her currently.


</div>


<div>We’ve since learned that she has fluid in her lungs, which may be due to an underlying heart condition. Right now, we’re doing everything we can to keep her stable, but we need to go further with diagnostics and possible treatments to give her a fighting chance.


</div>


<div>At just 11 weeks old, my Mochi should be full of puppy energy, chasing toys and learning the world. Instead, she’s in a critical care unit, and the bills are already stacking up. We are looking at emergency care, oxygen support, x-rays, ultrasounds, and possibly seeing a specialist to understand what’s going on with her heart.

<div>We love her deeply, and we’re not ready to give up on her. But we can’t do this alone. If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it would mean the world to us. Every little bit goes toward her care and recovery.

<div>Update- Mochi is currently in the oxygen chamber. We received her bloodwork results this morning, and thankfully everything came back clear which is a huge relief especially after yesterday’s  results.

She is still breathing heavily, but the vets say it’s as labored or difficult which is a positive sign. Right now, we are waiting for a specialized technician team to arrive so they can perform a cardiogram and take a closer look at her heart.

Later today, the plan is to slowly take her off the oxygen chamber and monitor how she reacts. We’re taking everything one step at a time, and I’ll keep you all updated as soon as we know more.
