Support Apolline, Marion and Julien

After the tragedy on 9/11/2021 that has affected our beloved 3 month old baby Apolline, her mother Marion who is in a critical condition and the father Julien who is alive with minor injuries and fighting for his family, we are raising funds to support their families and beyond during this horrific and tragic hit and run event that happened while they were on the sidewalk in front of what was supposed to be Apolline's future daycare in Brooklyn.

How the fund will be used: 
- extended stay of Marion and Julien's families in NYC (4 parents, 7 siblings)
- daily expenses including food and transportation from and to the hospital 
- uncovered upcoming medical bills  related to Marion's long term recovery who is not yet aware of her baby's loss
- funeral and other fees related to the loss of Apolline such us body transfer, memorial
- legal fees to support the trial and find Justice for Apolline 
- funds to support safer streets for children in NYC and get all similar reckless drivers out of the road (hundreds potential ones in NY!)
- any remaining dollars will be given to families in need who have been impacted by similar road tragedies 

Update 1 
Please note: Julien is going through an extremely difficult time. Know that he is fully aware of the extent of generosity you have all demonstrated regardless of the amount and he will find time when time comes to respond to everyone who demonstrated support for his families whether by sending a note, cooking a meal, helping with admin or offering some financial support.

Update 2
Many is wondering how they can further support. A memorial is currently being set up at the event site (Gates Ave and Vanderbilt in Clinton Hill Brooklyn). Julien's ask was to make sure we give lifetime honor to their baby (eg leaving flowers, candles, toys, etc) and make sure that her loss will not be in vain but a wake up call to end what could have been clearly prevented.
