Hello friends and family!

On August 4th through the 11th, I will be part of a missions group led by Emanuel Charismatic Church from New York City that will be going to Panama!

We will be staying in Panama City and will be going to several towns in the area including indigenous towns. Our team will be able to provide medical care, eyeglasses, dental care, gifts such as clothes, shoes, toys, school supplies, and groceries to the people of the towns. We will also be providing free medications for people as needed.

I am looking forward to going on this trip because I have a desire to help those people who are in need and show them the love of Christ through my service.

I am studying health science in college, and someday I would like to get more involved in medical mission work. During this trip I will get to experience more of what it is like to provide medical care and support to people in a Third World country. It will help me learn more about how I can care for others and show them compassion in their time of need.
