<div>Hi. My name is Kylee Gilman and I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my cousin Destiny Blackman and her 2 year daughter Mira.

<div>On Saturday December 27th, Mira was rushed to the hospital after suffering a seizure. At her time of arrival to the hospital, she was found to be non responsive and was placed on a ventilator. From here she was air flighted to Dartmouth Hitchcock Pediatric ICU.

<div>After numerous tests/ scans, Mira was found to have Encephalitis due to influenza, creating significant swelling in her brain. She is currently still on a ventilator, and in critical condition. 

</div>

<div>Our family has been by her side day and night, holding onto hope while facing overwhelming fear and uncertainty. Right now, Destiny’s only priority is her daughter’s survival and being present for every moment of her care.

</div>

<div>As with any medical crisis, the financial burden has grown rapidly—hospital stays, intensive treatments, medications, travel costs, and time away from work have placed an immense strain on the family during an already devastating time.

<div>This fundraiser is meant to help ease some of that burden so the family can focus fully on their daughter without the added weight of financial stress. Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward supporting them through medical expenses and essential needs during this critical period.
