<div>On January 18, civil rights leaders Dr. Nekima Levy-Armstrong and Chauntyll Allen, along with William Kelly, were among the courageous demonstrators who unmasked a local pastor who is a confirmed leader of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Saint Paul. With love for the countless families that are being harmed by ICE throughout the Twin Cities and the nation, they made their voices heard in peaceful and nonviolent ways, capturing public attention for a city under siege.

<div>But like we’ve seen throughout history, Black leaders — and Black women — are routinely targeted by government forces to silence their voices and undermine collective action. On January 22, federal officials arrested Nekima and Chauntyll.

<div>We are demanding the government drop the charges — and we need your support.
</div>

<div>Just like Nekima and Chauntyll have shown up again and again, over decades, for our communities, we need to act in solidarity to ensure they have adequate funds for vigorous and ongoing legal representation.
