<div>I am Principal Hall from Mineral Springs Middle School in Winston-Salem, the only Visual and Performing Arts middle school in our city. This unique focus is both exciting and challenging, as we strive to provide our students with meaningful opportunities to embrace the arts. We want them to travel to MPA festivals, perform in solo and ensemble competitions, attend concerts, and much more.

<div>At this age, exposure is everything it sparks new interests, nurtures hidden talents, and allows artistic abilities to truly flourish. Unfortunately, financial constraints often limit our students’ access to these life changing experiences. While our dedicated educators work tirelessly to remove these barriers, they often face setbacks simply because resources are scarce.
