Support Mike for Standing Up for Our Rights

Please consider donating to this fundraising campaign on behalf of Mike Mattingly who courageously stood up during a controversial vote on a bill at the Capitol last September and exercised his right to free speech on behalf of ALL CALIFORNIANS who had been improperly denied any public input by the corrupt legislature. 

Mike was one of a number of brave people arrested for speaking out for the thousands who had been protesting for days in the Capitol prior to the vote whose voices were ignored by the politicians.

The shady tactics used to fast track the bill (SB276) into law violated the 1st Amendment Rights of all Californians. Senator Jeff Stone called the situation a "mockery of democracy."

Over the past year, Mike has been to court many times dealing with this situation. Every trip is 300+ miles and costs him work hours. Unfortunately, the time/expense will continue to mount going forward.

Now, Mike is going to TRIAL THIS MONTH for standing up for the rights of all Californians. He did the RIGHT THING. His case is about preserving our BASIC FREEDOM.
