<div>A year ago, Miguel suffered a massive heart attack and was flown to University Health Hospital in San Antonio, Texas, where he spent months in the ICU between life and death. He fought through heart failure with courage, but the journey has left him in a very fragile condition.

<div>Now back home in Laredo, Miguel can barely walk or talk and requires 24/7 care. His medications are life-saving, but the cost is overwhelming. With limited support and resources, Miguel can't afford to return for further treatment or keep up with his daily medical needs without help.
