Michelle Robinson, my daughter, was in a major accident after leaving dinner and a comedy show with me and Trampess on Saturday night. She and her friend Damien were driving through Caswell County when another driver crossed the center line and they were hit head-on. Michelle was severely injured. She suffered multiple broken bones, internal bleeding, and had to have her spleen removed as well as part of her bowel reconstructed. Yesterday she had a 2nd surgery and she will be having a 3rd surgery later this week for the leg. The road to recovery will be long and difficult. This accident comes at a time when Michelle was already facing challenges, having recently recovered from COVID again and undergoing leg surgery in September.
Michelle will not be able to return to work for quite some time, and the financial strain is overwhelming. The funds raised here will go directly toward her daily living expenses, helping her keep up with household bills and put food on the table for herself and her daughter, Jordan.
We are reaching out to friends, family, and the community for support during this incredibly hard time. Anything you can give will help Michelle and Jordan as they focus on healing and getting through the months ahead. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to us. Thank you for being there for Michelle.
