While we all held out hope that their area might be spared, the fast-moving flames began to sweep through their neighborhood so quickly that they only had time to grab their two cats and a few essentials before escaping safely. Tragically, their apartment—and everything in it—was completely destroyed. From clothes to irreplaceable mementos, everyday necessities to treasured memories, they've lost it all.
